Tracking ⇉ Field Force Panel & Map View

 Here comes the exciting part which is tracking. You can track a user by different methods in Sokrio DMS.

• Click on field force.
• Click on filter to employee wise or territory wise outcome.
• Marked portions are hitting parts which we are going to see below.

⇉ Status / Last Position

• Status means, you can see his last position on Map.
• Just click on the Human Icon to track his last position.
• After clicking on Human Icon, you will redirected to Map.

Note : You can see three colors on Human Icon

• Green : He is Active.
• Yellow: Partially Active.
• Red : Not Working.

⇉ Show Tracks

You can see his tracking tree here.

• Cick on show track of the person you wish to see.
• You can see the address and tracking time here.
• You can check his Phone's Battery Health as well on specific timings. And you can also monitor that how much charge his phone has when he left from his home.
• You can see some time laps here. It depends on his activity from Mobile App.
• You can download this detailed data from Report panel as well.

⇉ Check In Track 

• You can see check-in comparisons here.
• First portion will show the number of check-ins inside schedule call.
• second portion is to mention his schedule call number.
• If he place any check-ins from outside visit plan then you can see the counts as well.

⇉ Map View 

• You can see the field force coverage in Map View. Position will be changed on time to time basis.
• You can view it from Satelite mood as well.
• You can view this full map by clicking on middle right side's box .
• You Can Zoom In or Zoom Out the Map
• You can see your outlet's coverage as well if you click on the House Sign which is marked on upper right side.
