Settings Panel - Backend

 Settings panel is very much important to match up the working moods. Let's see how it works :

⇉ Miscellaneous 

• Order Approval means to change the status of invoice after taking order. We can make some quick acceptance of invoices if you make off the order approval and setup the minute. Here you can see 1 and Min in last portion of the box. That means, invoices will be accepted after 1 minute of taking order. If you make Order Approval "ON" then all invoices status will be Pending.
• Place Order with Zero Quantity means, users can place order anytime. It doesn't matter that his supplier has stock or not. If you make it Off then users can't get any order if stock get finished.
• You can set up the Currency as well from dropdown.
• Finally, click on SAVE to save the changes.

⇉ Attendance 

• You can set the First & Last Check-In and Check-Out time form here.
• Just select the Starting & Ending time from both panels.
• Click on SAVE to finally save it.

⇉ Product

• You can setup stocks visibility to Mobile App Users by selecting visibility "Yes or No."
• If you select Yes, then stocks will be visible for all products.
• If you select No, then stocks won't be visible.
• Click on SAVE to finally save the changes.

⇉  Tracking 

• If you make ON the Mandatory Selfie, then you have to select a time of Hour format. Here you can see that Mandatory Selfie is ON and 1 has been typed on box. That means, Selfie taking is mandatory after passing every 1 hour. Interesting part is, you can see the notification by selecting the actions.
• Check-In Limit Per Outlet means, how many check-ins can be placed on one outlet on a single day. You have to type the number which goes with your SR's working policy.
• Check-in interval means you can type minutes for forcefully staying in the shop. That means, if you type 5 then users can't hit on Check-In  in between 5 minutes on the next outlet. 

Note : It will be wise for not making check-in time limit. Because a shop can be closed on the time on his visiting. If he hits check-in then he has to wait for 5 minutes to make next check-in which can be time killing step. But, if you want to add limits for any solid reasons then please feel free to add.

⇉ Company

• You can add your company's logo by selecting image.
• You can choose the theme color as well.
• Click on Left SAVE to save your changes.
• If you are using POS Printer, then right sides portion is one of the most important segment in Sokrio DMS which will reflect on Memo. You have to type the address, Phone Number, Footer Line[Memo's Lowest parts text].
•  Click on SAVE PRINTER INFO to finally save the required information's for POS printer.
