How to Set Designation Wise Permissions

Designation Wise Permissions are very much important to accelerate the proper access for roaming in several options on Sokrio DMS based on the duties of specific designation holders.

• You have to arrange the designation from Top Bottom to Low Bottom.
• You can edit [On Right Side, Pen Sign] the designation/role names. You can see a save button. If you want to make only edit, then please save it by typing your desired one.

• You can see a Blue Marked button named " Permission ". You have to click on it to assign the options of Sokrio DMS. This is totally indicating of option viewing & using permissions for the specific designation holder. Suppose Divisional Manager & Territory Managers Options on Sokrio DMS are not same. You have to click on the blank boxes to select the options and have to click on SAVE. 
• Suppose you want to provide all of the permissions to a specific designation. Then you can see a blank box in the left side of Web Application & Mobile Application. You have to click on boxes for once. Then you can see that all the options of Mobile Application & Web Application have been selected. Then you have to select on save.

NOTE : You can see "SAVE" on two places. You have to click on both saves if you make any changes on "Permissions".
