How To Create Territories - One by One & Bulk

There are two ways off adding territory in Sokrio DMS. You can add one by one manually or you can upload as Bulk.

Before knowing of adding territory, let's see a territory tree.

Image 1
As you can see on Image 1,
  • We have created National named territory.
  • Central 1 is under National. That means, Central 1 's parent is National.
  • Gazipur Area's Parent is Central 1.
  • Gazipur Territories parent is Gazipur Area
  • Gazipur Territory has one DB named M.H Enterprise.
  • On, M.H Enterprise , SR. MD Suhag is working
  • SR. MD Suhag is covering 6 routes.
You can add multiple DB's under a specific territory or you can add multiple SR's under One DB. We believe that this tree will give you a basic idea about how parental things of territory is going to work on Sokrio DMS.

Now, let's focus on actions like how you going to add territories. We will see it by two segments.

Why we have to assign manager later?
  • You need an User ID to add manager. But in Sokrio DMS, Firstly we have to create territories. Then, have to create user Id, Then have to assign manager.
Remember the working serial mentioned below:

We have to work by maintaining this serial.
